Assisted Or Independent Living

The Riverview Terrace apartments include a variety of floorplans including studios and one-bedroom apartments for both assisted living and independent living adults. We are one of the only Spokane area senior living facilities that allows the resident to start as independent and change to assisted living in the same room! No moving required! Room and board rental is month to month, no buy in is required in our Terrace Apartments.

Everyone that lives at the Terrace, is part of the assisted living program which includes a pendant, 24/7 licensed nurse on staff, three nutritious meals a day plus snacks, water, coffee and other beverages all day, internet, basic cable, light housekeeping, and access to all activities presented on our campus.  We welcome independent residents that just want the basics when it comes to service – what we call “cruise ship” living.  However, if you need further assistance, we manage a wide variety of medical conditions including insulin dependent diabetes, wound care, and ostomies.  We also are able to manage your medication, bath, and support you through the aging process.  We determine what you need, and what the cost is through our nursing assessments and care conferences.
